I'm going to split the difference on this one. I don't think that Janette knew who the vampire was when Nick first approaches her that the Raven. I do agree about their chemistry though! If she didn't know, I would attribute that to Lacroix not wanting her to know, concerned that she might let the information slip to Nick either deliberately or inadvertently.

I think by the time Janette visits Nick at the station, she is well aware that it is LC and exactly what he hopes to gain by the situation. Another great scene between Nick and Janette as well as good use of that jail cell!

I also wonder at the tag scene. Janette has come to acknowledge that LaCroix is back, but seems to disavow any fore knowledge that it was LC who planned the whole thing. I don't envy her position between the two of them through the centuries! Also, very yummy fisherman's sweater on Nick. I wish we had seen more of that as opposed to the awful vests.
