The 50's style diner was "Dying for Fame" I believe (along with the rock star outfits). LOLOL that someone mistook Nigel Bennett for Rutger Hauer once and refused to believe he wasn't Hauer. I haven't heard that story before and it's great lol.
Yeah, the Pompeii flashback, I agree on LaCroix's attire. Yep, it worked for him. I'll have to rewatch the episode with the Urs flashback, I can't remember it.
Interesting theory that they kept the humans in more generic attire to distinguish them from the vampires, I think it's a great theory! But LOL, that's why Janette wears jeans when human.
